The Municipality of Casselman is seeking to establish a Standing Offer with qualified contractors to provide as-needed plumbing and HVAC services for municipal facilities and infrastructure. This Standing Offer will allow the Municipality to retain the services of one or more contractors to perform electrical work on an hourly rate basis, as required, over a specified period. 

The intent of this Standing Offer is to streamline the procurement process for routine, urgent, and small-scale plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery. Work may include, but is not limited to, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations related to municipal buildings, heating and cooling systems, ventilation, water supply, drainage, and related mechanical systems.

This opportunity is open to licensed plumbing and HVAC contractors with the capacity to respond to service requests within the Municipality of Casselman in a timely and professional manner.
